Free A.A., B.A. and Master's College Program

There is one university that provides a free associate's, bachelor's and master's program but the only catch is that you must be able to afford $100-$200 for each exam you must take.  The tuition itself is free but the exams are not free.  For the bachelor's program, you must be able to pay $100 for each exam and for the master's program exams, you must pay $200 each.  Check out this great opportunity!
