to low-income families who need child care due to work, work-related
training, and/or attending school. You must be a parent/caregiver
responsible for children under 13 years old and must also characterize your
financial situation as very low-income/low-income. In order to qualify, you must
be employed, enrolled in job training, or in an education program.
